This outfit has all of the makings for the perfect weekend look but also puts a fun and unique spin on each of the items on my weekend look checklist. The perfect weekend look consists of an easy throw on dress, denim embroidered jacket, awesome light up sneakers, oversized sunglasses so no one can tell you’re not wearing any make up and an oversized staple bag. This is basically my perfect weekend look check list. A few of these items though all have some sort of unique twist which I will go into below.
An easy, thrown on dress is a great starting point for the perfect weekend look. This one is really unique because it has trim on the v-neck and around the sleeves. It has a sporty/ baseball look which is perfect for the weekend. A denim jacket is a great weekend piece because it goes with almost anything. This is one of my favorite denim jackets though because I was able to customize what I wanted embroidered on it. I added the rose on the back as well as my handle across the top. As we know from my previous post, a pair of shoes can totally change an outfit and the ones I’m wearing are so fun!
PSA: These are light up sneakers! As most of you know, I haven’t been a sneaker person for long. I actually used to hate them but then they got way more fun and I fractured my ankle so I had to figure out the whole sneaker thing. I’m obsessed with these sneakers because they’re white, platform and light up! So the coolest thing about the light up part is that you can pick from 2-3 different ways they can light up and also turn them off too. This Chanel bag is a great twist on the classic because it’s so large and patent leather. It fits so much! The perfect weekend look isn’t complete without a pair of oversized sunglasses. These are great for when you’re being lazy and don’t feel like putting on makeup or just haven’t had coffee yet. The options are endless. What is your perfect weekend look?
