In honor of Labor Day weekend, I decided to finally post this far overdue off-white maxi dress. Don’t worry there is definitely a Lessons by Kiki post coming up about how to wear white after Labor Day.
I decided to wear this off-white maxi dress to a luau, and it was perfect for the occasion! It was fun but still festive. Trust me, looking way over dressed for a luau in Hawaii is just really awkward. I love how the bottom of the dress spins out perfectly. This is another dress that passes “Kiki’s twirl test.” I wore a carmel colored suede pair of wedges which is pretty impressive considering these photos were taken in the sand. even though the wedges were suede, they didn’t look to heavy with the light airy dress. Instead, they added an edgier feel.
Warning: This dress was sooo tricky to pack. You would be surprised by how much room it takes up! But it was definitely well worth it.
