According to Rebecca Minkoff and other S/S 2016 collections at NYFW – the 70s inspired look of fringe and suede will be carrying us into the spring. While this skirt is an ultra-suede material it still achieves the same look as suede and the light weight material allows more movement in the fringed bottom. Is this the twirl test of fringe? … it just might be. The best thing about this skirt is that it’s under $50!
I have a feeling that I will be living in these boots this season. I love that they have a higher heel to dress things up. A higher heel is important in a mid-ankle boot like this because it helps to elongate your legs if you’re on the petite side (like I am).
I finished the look with a pumpkin-ish colored tank. This is a great layering piece for the fall. You could easily throw a denim or leather jacket over this look for a warmer and more practical feel. What fall trends are you excited about this season?
